Policies
At Brazilian Wax Hub, our mission is to provide a safe, professional, and welcoming environment where
every client feels comfortable and well cared for. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone,
we kindly ask that you review and respect the policies below before your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect your time and the time of our estheticians, we kindly ask that appointments be canceled or
rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 30% cancellation
fee, charged to the card on file.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
This policy helps us minimize last-minute cancellations and no-shows, allowing us to better serve all of
our clients.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
We understand that life can be busy, and we truly appreciate your consideration. New clients are asked
to arrive at least 5 minutes early to complete the required Consent Form. While we always do our best
to accommodate our clients, we cannot guarantee full services for late arrivals.
If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment
unless there is no client scheduled after your time slot. In some cases, late arrival may result in a
shortened service or the inability to perform all services booked. We respect your time and the time of
our estheticians and strive to be fair to everyone.
Guests in Treatment Rooms
Friends, family members, and significant others are not permitted in the service rooms during your
appointment.
To maintain a calm, professional, and comfortable environment for both clients and estheticians,
services are performed one client at a time. Our treatment rooms are not designed to accommodate
additional seating or baby strollers.
Children Policy
We kindly ask that you do not bring your children with you to your appointment.
For safety and legal reasons, children are not permitted in the service rooms where treatments are being
performed. Our estheticians work with hot wax, sugar, and professional equipment that may pose a
safety risk.
Children under the age of 14 should not be left unattended in the waiting area. Brazilian Wax Hub is not
responsible for supervising children at any time.
Waiver of Liability and Release Agreement
For your safety and well-being, all clients are required to complete and sign our Waiver of Liability
and Release Agreement. This consent form includes a mandatory questionnaire regarding medical
conditions, skin conditions, and medication usage that may affect the safety or suitability of waxing,
sugaring, tinting, or other aesthetic services.
The Waiver of Liability and Release Agreement is mandatory and must be completed:
- Prior to your first appointment
- Annually, and/or
- Any time there is a change in your medical condition, skin condition, or medication usage
Failure to complete and sign this form will result in services being refused, as your safety is our top
priority.
This consent form remains valid indefinitely unless revoked in writing by either party.

standard of service and ensure a positive experience for every client.
