Membership Terms and Conditions
Overview:
Memberships offer monthly services, discounts, and rewards. Clients must sign a contract specifying their plan, rate, and duration.
Scheduling Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for booking their appointments. Unused benefits due to missed scheduling cannot be accumulated or refunded.
Membership Terms:
- Each plan includes specific services and discounts, which are only applicable to single services and not to service packages.
- Benefits must be used within the billing cycle; unused benefits do not roll over to the next month.
- Benefits are personal and non-transferable.
Cancellation and Suspension:
- Membership fees are billed monthly until the contract term ends, even if the client cancels early.
- Clients may suspend their plan once during the contract, with a 30-day notice, for up to 1 month. The contract end date will be extended as necessary.
Discount Usage:
- Discounts are valid exclusively for the member and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Members should book services in advance to ensure availability within the month.
Points and Rewards:
- Members earn 1 point for every $25 spent. Accumulating 30 points qualifies them for a voucher ($120 or $150, depending on the plan).
- Vouchers may be used for services or transferred to others.
Payment and Renewal:
- Memberships do not renew automatically. A new contract must be signed to continue benefits after the term ends.
- Payment issues may lead to suspension until resolved, and legal action may be pursued for outstanding payments.
Important Legal Notes:
- Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Clients must read and accept the contract upon signing.
- The contracting party adheres to the Fair Business Practices Act for handling delinquencies and payment issues.
