Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, but due to the increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we have implemented a new cancellation and no-show policy to respect the time of our professionals and ensure everyone has the opportunity to be served.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
To secure your appointment, we require your credit card details at the time of booking. No charges are made at the time of booking, only if it's necessary to apply our cancellation or no-show policy.
